We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Everher. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

-To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).

-Returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused, with all packaging intact.

-Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 Business days of receiving the returned item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strive to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

In the event that:

• The customer is unavailable to receive the order
• The delivery is refused
• The order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

We will issue a refund for the product price only, after deducting any applicable return shipping fees.

If you wish to have your order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
